COPY RIGHT STATEMENT & Company Policy

Under Copyright Law, the clients of Captured By Kyli Photography hold all Copyrights to their photos as the commissioning client for the resultant creative work. However,  by booking agree to transfer Copyright ownership over to KYLI in exchange for ownership of the digital files and a non-expiring personal license to print, duplicate, and share said photos.

Please note company policy: photos returned per session is limited to those photos which the photographer chooses. Raw, unedited photos will not be provided. Locations must be within an hour of photographers residence. Studio rentals will be at the expense of the client. Extra guests on session may not be permitted to photos under the cost of the original session. All transactions final unless contractually stated.
